Here It Is

Well, I'm in Brandon, MS still. I just checked out footage of the storm. Not good. I don't know what lies in store for me now. I don't know when I can go home, I don't know if I will still have a job, I don't know what is left of everything. It's depressing.

It will be ok. Right? Check out http://www.wlbt.com for footage. That's my home, or at least what is left of it. I'm a little scared.

Hey Reser. I've been trying to get in touch with you to see how you're doing. Finally got the idea to check your blog, and poof, my questions are answered. Mom made me promise to tell you that you are being thought of and prayed for. If you have time and ability, I would love to hear from you. Love ya and glad to hear you're safe.

Thank you guys for all of the encouragement. I really appreciate it. Honestly, I still haven't felt any loss because I've yet to see what I really have lost. It just hasn't "set in" yet. I left Brandon and I'm in Pontotoc with my Valerie and her husband Shawn. I'm going to see my mom and dad tonight and tomorrow. Everyone has been so kind to me and has offered to do more than they should every offer to do. It's humbling. I love you all very much. I will try my best to keep you posted on what's going on. From what I understand, Hattiesburg William Carey College won't be opening up again until 6 weeks from now. I'm probably going to head to Colorado for a bit and spend some time with Scott while I have the chance.

Thanks again. I love you.
